Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- To assemble the tacos, place a few shrimp on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the toppings.
- Serve the shrimp tacos with additional lime wedges on the side.
